What makes HerShape different from other brands?

Our fabric is woven in-house in three weights — AiroFlex™ for light support, CoreFlex™ for mid, and TitanFlex™ for strong and super strong. Each one is engineered for sculpting, breathability and all-day stay-put power — unlike typical shapewear that rolls or suffocates. Every product page tells you which weight you're getting.

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend using our size guide on the product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for maximum comfort throughout the day. Still unsure? Contact us at contact@hershapeco.com and our team will be happy to help.

What if my order doesn't fit?

No problem. We offer easy exchanges within 30 days. Just contact us by email at contact@hershapeco.com and our team will assist you promptly.

What is the delivery time?

We provide tracked worldwide delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch, except in circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is completely free on every order.

When will I receive my tracking code?

Your tracking code is usually available within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed and will be sent to the email address used during checkout. You can track your order directly through the link provided in that email.

Can I exchange or return my order?

You have 30 days to return or exchange your order. Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected at our logistics centre. Simply contact us at contact@hershapeco.com and our team will provide the return or exchange instructions.

How do I care for my bra?

Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry, as heat will degrade the fabric over time. Do not bleach or iron. Following these steps will keep your bra in perfect condition for longer.
